Announcement:

The Environmental Management Bureau hereby invites relevant stakeholders to comment on the attached proposed revisions to the Procedural Manual on Hazardous Wastes Management (DENR Administrative Order 36, series of 2004) of Republic Act 6969 (Toxic Susbtances and Hazardous and Nuclear Wastes Control Act of 1990).

All comments should be sent to the Hazardous Wastes Management Section, Environmental Quality Division of the EMB Central Office, DENR Compound, Visayas Avenue, Diliman, Quezon City or emailed to the following: jspasse@yahoo.co.uk , patrick_kenji@yahoo.com , romelnavaluna@yahoo.com for consolidation. When sending comments, please identify yourself, the sector you represent (Industry/Industry Association, Service Provider, etc.) and make sure all comments are in by September 30, 2008.
