Scoping Guidelines

The Scoping Guidelines for Golf Course Projects has been developed by the EMB in collaboration with the EIARC, EIA preparers, and other stakeholders (i.e., Golf Course Construction and Development Committee), in order to guide the project proponent and EIA preparers in the conduct of the EIA and in the preparation of the EIS. The following annotated guideline has been developed primarily to guide the EIA preparers in the preparation of the EIS. It should not be construed as final and absolute; instead, the EIA preparers should exercise their judgement on the significance of the items listed herein with regards to the proposed project and location.
